Mr. Toma is an associate attorney at Blumberg Law Group with a breadth of knowledge in corporate governance, contract disputes, and employment law. Additionally, Mr. Toma is experienced in providing industry specific regulatory compliance of state and federal laws.

Mr. Toma received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University in 2018. While at San Diego State, he provided corporate guidance while serving in the role of Vice President of Operations. Mr. Toma received his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from California Western School of Law, where he graduated early and earned multiple Dean's Honors Designations. While in law school, he also received Academic Excellence Awards in Food & Drug Administration Law, and Community Property Law. Shortly after graduation, he was admitted to the State Bar of California.

After law school, Mr. Toma served in the role of Corporate Counsel where he provided legal guidance in matters involving real estate transactions, business litigation, and employment law.
